Gentle chiropractic and
remedial massage in
Potts Point
Helping you feel capable, active and at home in your body.

Common reasons for a visit
Most people visit because something feels painful, heavy, stiff, or just not quite right - especially after quick fixes haven't worked - they want someone who listens and helps them build practical skills to feel and move better themselves.
Common concerns I help with:

-
Neck and shoulder tension (desk, work, phone use, breastfeeding)
-
Back pain or stiffness
-
Hip and pelvic issues, including post-natal recovery
-
Headaches and jaw tension
-
General stiffness or 'disconnected ' feeling
-
Sports niggles or injuries while wanting to stay active

How I work with you:

I use chiropractic adjustments sparingly and only when they feel safe and appropriate. My approach combines gentle chiropractic techniques, remedial massage, dry needling, active release techniques and clear, practical movement and loading strategies.

Everyone single one of us will benefit from a combination of hands-on care and active self-management. My goal is to help you understand what's contributing and feel more capable in your own body - without becoming overly reliant on any one treatment.

What to expect
During your first visit, I take the time to really understand you. I'll start with a thorough case history—covering your current symptoms, past medical history, lifestyle and any factors affecting your wellbeing. Everything you share stays completely confidential.

Next comes a gentle, focused clinical examination, which may include checks of your posture, joint mobility, muscle function and relevant neurological or orthopaedic tests as needed.

So I can be 100% focused on listening to you and your needs, I use Heidi Health (a trusted, privacy-compliant AI tool from Australia) to handle note-taking in the background. With your consent, this frees me up to connect more deeply.

From there, we'll discuss our findings together openly and clearly, then outline a personalised care plan tailored to your goals. This might include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy (like sports massage, dry needling, instrument assisted techniques), targeted rehabilitation exercises, lifestyle or ergonomic advice, or a combination—always evidence-informed and discussed together.

If appropriate and time allows, I may begin some gentle treatment during that first visit to help you start feeling relief sooner. My aim is to make the process comfortable, collaborative and focused on getting you back to moving and feeling your best.

About Jen
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biochemistry from Cardiff University and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I’ve built my expertise treating musculoskeletal pain, injuries and wellbeing optimisation— first in my own practice and later at one of Sydney’s leading manual therapy clinics as a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist.

My areas of interest include back and neck pain, sports injuries, postnatal recovery, extremity issues, headaches and helping people stay active, strong and mobile. I combine chiropractic care with remedial massage, dry needling, Active Release Techniques (ART) and more to create gentle, effective treatments that are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I’m fresh from maternity leave after welcoming my daughter in May 2025 and I’m easing back into clinic life with renewed energy. Having navigated pregnancy and postnatal recovery myself (hello, sore hips and sleep deprivation!), I bring personal insight to supporting new mums — and anyone else — in reclaiming their bodies and wellbeing.

Outside the clinic, I lead an active life. I played competitive tennis in the UK and US during my younger years, training intensely six days a week. After moving to Australia in 2009, running took centre stage and in recent years I’ve focused on strength and conditioning — now fitting in whatever movement I can alongside my newborn daughter and cheeky 9-year-old son.

I’m committed to ongoing learning and adapting to what works best for you — because your unique story, challenges and strengths make the journey rewarding. Whether you’re easing postnatal discomfort, recovering from injury, or staying strong for the people and passions you love, I’m here to help.

“Your body knows how to heal. We just help remove the interference.”

How to find us
5 minute walk from Kings Cross train station
I am located in the Kingsclere building on the corner of Greenknowe Avenue and Macleay Street, on the Greenknowe Avenue side at the Laing Real Estate entrance, not the Medical Practice side.
The entrance is at the top of the stairs on the left of the main doors of the Kingsclere
Press the black doorbell on the right (the other is for Laing Real Estate).
If you're early, there are plenty of cafes near by - Greenknowe Cafe, Gypsy, Room 10
Parking (1P) is located around the area but it's often very busy, so give yourself enough time to find a spot. 4P parking spots at the bottom of Victoria St if you're lucky.
Kings Cross car park is located on Elizabeth Bay road, a very short walk away.
