Common reasons for a visit

Back pain & neck pain
4 out of 5 adults (around 79-80%) will experience low back pain at some point in their lives, with many sources citing 70-90% facing it overall. Neck pain is similarly widespread, with many reporting it in recent surveys.
We take a gentle, evidence-based approach, tailoring care to your needs—whether it's mild discomfort or tension from too much screen time, or more severe or chronic conditions like disc herniations, sciatica, or osteoarthritis—so you can move better and feel more like yourself again.

Headaches & migraines
Around 1 in 5 Australians (about 4.9 million) live with migraine.
Headaches in general are even more widespread, with nearly everyone experiencing them at some point.
We truly understand how tough recurring headaches and migraines can be—the way they disrupt your plans, drain your energy, and leave you feeling sidelined from life. You're not alone, and small, consistent steps combined with tailored support can make a real difference in reclaiming more good days.

Tendinopathies, sprains & strains
Soft tissue concerns form a significant portion of visits.
We take a nuanced, evidence-based approach, tailoring care to your exact situation—whether it's mild discomfort or tension from repetitive strain, or more severe or chronic conditions like Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, hamstring strains, ankle sprains, or gluteal tendinopathy— we will give you the appropriate care and advice so you can recover stronger, move freely, and get back to what you love.

General wellbeing
Chiropractic to feel better overall.
We focus on optimising your spine, joints, and nervous system with gentle, evidence-informed care.
Proactive care can make a real difference in preventing stiffness and building resilience.
We understand how subtle aches or feeling “off” can quietly drain your energy and joy—and we’re warmly here to support you in staying strong, active, and truly at your best.
What to expect
During your first visit, we take the time to really understand you. We'll start with a thorough case history—covering your current symptoms, past medical history, lifestyle, and any factors affecting your wellbeing. Everything you share stays completely confidential.
Next comes a gentle, focused clinical examination, which may include checks of your posture, joint mobility, muscle function, and relevant neurological or orthopaedic tests as needed.
From there, we'll discuss our findings with you openly and clearly, then outline a personalised care plan tailored to your goals. This might include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy (like sports massage, dry needling, instrument assisted techniques), targeted rehabilitation exercises, lifestyle or ergonomic advice, or a combination—always evidence-informed and discussed together.
If appropriate and time allows, we may begin some gentle treatment during that first visit to help you start feeling relief sooner. Our aim is to make the process comfortable, collaborative, and focused on getting you back to moving and feeling your best.
“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself — especially the fear that stops you moving and doing the things you love.”

Let's convert that retreat into advance and get you moving confidently again.
About Jen
Jennifer Howard graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biochemistry from Cardiff University and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University. With over 10 years of clinical experience, she has built her expertise treating musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, and performance optimisation, working in her own practice and at one of Sydney's leading manual therapy clinics as a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist.
Jen's areas of interest include back and neck pain, sports injuries, postnatal recovery, extremity issues, headaches, and helping active people stay strong and mobile. She combines chiropractic care with remedial massage, dry needling, and Active Release Techniques (ART) to tailor gentle, effective treatments that suit each person's needs and goals.
Fresh from maternity leave after welcoming her daughter in May 2025, Jen is easing back into clinic life with renewed energy. Having navigated pregnancy and postnatal recovery herself (hello, sore hips and tight shoulders!), she brings personal insight to supporting new mums and others reclaiming their bodies and wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, Jen leads an active life. She played competitive tennis in the UK and US during her younger years, training intensely six days a week. After moving to Australia in 2009, running took centre stage, and in recent years she's focused on strength and conditioning—now fitting in whatever movement she can alongside her newborn daughter and cheeky 9-year-old son.
Jen is committed to ongoing learning and adapting to what works best for you—because your unique story, challenges, and strengths make the journey rewarding. Whether you're easing postnatal discomfort, recovering from injury, or staying strong for the people and passions you love, she's here to help.
