Chiropractic is not just about the spine, joints and the 'crack'!

At Twenty 11 we perform a thorough medical history and physical examination to find the hidden problem areas, bringing your whole body into the picture. Often the site of pain is not the cause of pain. As Chiropractors we are well placed to consider the findings of the physical exam and medical history to formulate a working diagnosis. If there are findings that aren't suggestive of a musculoskeletal problem or something out of our scope of practice, we will refer you to your GP, for imaging, or to another practitioner.

At Twenty 11 Chiropractic, our hands-on treatment approach is our hallmark, featuring diversified manipulations, mobilizations, Active Release Techniques (ART), massage, dry needling, taping, myofascial cupping, and instrument-assisted techniques. Complementing these methods are exercise prescriptions, and lifestyle advice.

A multimodal approach to care is well documented in recommendations for the conservative management of many musculoskeletal conditions. As well as hands-on care, at Twenty 11 we will prescribe you with exercises and give you plenty of information and advice about your problem.
