Remedial Massage
Touch is undeniably powerful and a massive part of human interaction.

Remedial massage will always be a huge part of Twenty 11, it is a form of soft tissue therapy that is different to other massages, as it tends to be performed with more pressure. It considers the impact of life’s activities on your body's muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia, and works toward a particular outcome rather than relaxation, although that is a secondary effect.

Pregnancy massage is also something that will remain a part of Twenty 11. I have premium pregnancy pillows allowing you to lie safely and comfortably while tension and strains of pregnancy are relieved.

The techniques I use include: effleurage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, active release, myofascial release, and various stretches.
